They found a company that wasn't too far from their home. 5. They found out it would cost about $200 per person and would last about an hour. John Jr and Nazut went back and told John Jr's parents and his mom made the reservations. 6. The long awaited day for the hot air balloon arrived and it was beautifully clear. As the pilot inflates the balloon, John Jr and Nazut can feel the heat from the burners and hear them roar. Once balloon was upright everyone boarded the super size basket. The take off was slow. John Jr and Nazut felt a breeze everytime they went to a new altitude. 6. John Jr and Nazut feel weightless as they glide through the air with the wind, traveling at speeds of five to six miles per hour. The 360 degree view was spectacular. Everything below looked so tiny. As the end of the ride approached, John Jr and Nazut thanked the pilot for "a magical experience that' was peaceful, exhilarating, and gentle." 7. The pilot had to keep using the burners to get the balloon to land. Once landed, everyone left the basket. John Jr and Nazut Thanked the pilot for an awesome time.

In a village lived a clever girl named Aditi and her younger brother, Aryan. They saw their grandmother struggling to pull a heavy bucket of water from the deep well near their home. Aditi and Aryan stand nearby, watching with curiosity and concern. “Daadi, why is it so hard to pull the bucket up?” Aryan asked, worried. “Yes,” Daadi explained. “This effort is due to the force I am applying to the bucket by pulling it upward. A force is a push or pull. Right now, I’m pulling the bucket up, but gravity is pulling it down, which makes it feel so heavy.” “Gravity? What’s that?” Aryan asked, scratching his head. Aryan, there has to be a way to help Daadi!” Aryan nodded. “Let’s ask Chacha! He’s always fixing things at his workshop.” The two rushed to their uncle’s workshop, where tools, ropes, and wooden planks were scattered everywhere. “Chacha, can you help us make something to make Daadi’s work easier?” Aditi asked eagerly. Chacha smiled. Of course! We can make a pulley. It’s a simple machine that makes lifting heavy things much easier. A pulley? What’s that? Aryan asked. Chacha said, “A pulley is a wheel with a groove around it. When you pass a rope through the groove, it changes the direction of force. Instead of pulling straight up, you pull down, and it feels lighter” “Can we make one?” Aditi asked excitedly. “Sure! Let’s get some materials,” Chacha said. They found an old bicycle wheel, a rope, and a wooden frame. First, they attached the wheel to the wooden frame using nails. Then, they threaded the rope through the groove in the wheel and tied one end to an empty bucket. Aditi pulled the rope. the bucket lifted smoothly. “That’s the power of the pulley, It doesn’t make the bucket weigh less, but it helps you use less force to lift it.” The next morning, Daadi tried the pulley and was amazed. “Wah! This is wonderful! It’s so easy now!”

In the small city of Canaima, Venezuela, stands a grand mansion owned by the wealthy Rodríguez family. Their young son, Andres, is often left alone, as his parents are consumed with business. Andres’s only comfort comes from his nanny, Lorena, who cares for him deeply. Though Lorena loves Andres as her own child, she struggles with her own challenges—her son, Camilo, is seriously ill and needs medical attention, but the Rodríguez family remains indifferent to their plight. One night, after a troubling conversation with Andres about his parents’ neglect, Lorena and Andres discover something strange. A mysterious girl, pale and dressed in tattered clothes, appears with a flickering candle, lifting the wooden floorboards and pouring something into a hidden hole beneath the floor. As the girl leaves, she leaves the candle behind. The next night, they return to investigate and find gold coins buried beneath the floor. Lorena’s need to help Camilo leads her to take the coins, paying for medical care. With each night, the temptation to take more grows, until the hole becomes a siren call, drawing them back for more. On the eighth night, as Andres reaches for the coins, he falls into the hole, and Lorena drops the candle, plunging them into darkness. When she relights the candle, the hole has vanished, and both she and Andres are gone. The mansion remains empty, and when workers investigate, they find Andres’s body surrounded by the gold coins. The mansion is said to be cursed, and its eerie silence continues to haunt those who pass by. The mansion still stands in Canaima, abandoned and surrounded by mystery. If you listen closely at night, you might hear a faint voice calling for help: "Please, someone save me... help me..."
