Twila sighed. “Even the brightest stars can fall if they’re not careful.” Part 6: A New Hope Finally, Twila saw leaders at the Congress of Vienna restoring peace. “They redrew borders and inspired fairness and equality worldwide,” Luna said. Twila twinkled brightly. “Even after tough times, people can create a brighter future.”

Rusty had a newspaper route and every day when he wojuld ride by Tuffy's house, Tuffy would follow him. He followed him on his route everyday and even walked him to and from school. Tuffy even went trick or Treating with Rusty. They became fast friends. As it turned out, Rusty's parents bought a house across town and they were moving soon. Rusty begged hjis parents to call tuffy;s owners and ask them if we could just keep him. Tuffy had a horrible growth growing out of his eye. This dragon was named Queen Sapphire and she wanted to take over Ellie’s village called Christmas All Around Island. One power she had was she could control the weather.
