Uno’s small horn glows golden and smacks the bigger unicorn away. The magical flow attracts the adults and soon the big brother unicorn has to bow and apologize. Emma and Uno run in the junior finals but they don’t win. However Uno promises they can always try again next year. Uno and Emma hug on the last page of the story.

Scene 5 “Over here!” Toby shouted from the other side of the river. The friends looked up and saw Toby standing by the hidden bridge. They quickly ran to him. Scene 6 Toby led his friends across the bridge. “You found this all by yourself?” Finn asked in amazement. Benny smiled. “I was wrong, Toby. You’re not too slow after all.” Scene 7 With Toby leading, the group reached the waterfall. It sparkled in the sunlight, and everyone cheered. “Toby, you saved us!” Finn said. “You showed us that being slow doesn’t mean you can’t do great things,” Benny added. Miko and Lou are different from their friends because they both have ADHD Miko struggled to stay still in class. He was always digging burrows and often got distracted during his How to Spot a Predator class. Lou also struggled in class. She couldn’t focus on her Sun Safety class because she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework.After visiting Dr Wild the Wildebeest, Miko and Lou learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Although Miko and Lou struggled in class, their ADHD is now an advantage!Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tell you what type of insect you are looking at!Lou enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellationEven though Miko and Lou had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best. They have support from their parents, teachers and classmates. But the best part was that they could count on each other! Miko and Lou learnt how to handle their ADHD together and were always there to help each other when things got tough.
