this is a story about an author named Mr Thomas who creates and writes a book that took him so many years to create. a little boy named Toby goes to the book shop with his mum to get this book because he has wanted it for so long. Toby's mum buys him the book for him unfortunately Toby didn't take good care of the book so it got torn and wet. one day Mr Thomas decided to host a fair for the children who had gotten the book he created and the gate fee was going to be his neatly preserved book. all the children had to do was to present the book they had bought with no torn pages but neatly preserved. you can imagine the disappointment when Mr Thomas saw Toby's book. Mr Thomas had to express how he felt to Toby and told all the children all what it entailed to create that book.
