Bella was 5 years old today! Not only was she excited that it was her birthday, she was looking forward to starting school soon. "Happy Birthday Bella Boo!" shouted mom. She loved her new backpack and couldn't wait to take it to school and show her friends. Bella's mom suggested she fill the backpack with newer or lightly used items Hazel can use to learn, to make her happy when she is sad, to calm down when she is angry, to help her when she is scared. In order to deal with her many emotions, Hazel could use different types of things. Hazel can use the books and drawing toy Bella brought back from her room. Red panda she can hug at night when she's scared. Maracas she can play when she's happy or wants to sing and dance.

Happy went to Switzerland in the time period of July 17th to August 6th, we get there by airplanes but it’s a very long trip, it took us about 17 hours to get there(including times on every single airplane,there was two in total).we went there for a holiday and of course, to stay cool from the hot weather in Taiwan (southern part is about 40 degrees C and the other parts about 38).We did a lot of different things there like shopping, taking photos,climbing small mountains……it was great.

Miko and Lou are different from their friends because they both have ADHD Miko struggled to stay still in class. He was always digging burrows and often got distracted during his How to Spot a Predator class. Lou also struggled in class. She couldn’t focus on her Sun Safety class because she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework.After visiting Dr Wild the Wildebeest, Miko and Lou learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Although Miko and Lou struggled in class, their ADHD is now an advantage!Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tell you what type of insect you are looking at!Lou enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellationEven though Miko and Lou had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best. They have support from their parents, teachers and classmates. But the best part was that they could count on each other! Miko and Lou learnt how to handle their ADHD together and were always there to help each other when things got tough.
